Colour Through Leaves and Flowers |
Cossington Curved Border
Client Brief
A recently retired couple chose to make a house move to a location that provided them with a walled garden; a vast difference to the exposed site that had frustrated efforts to establish a flourishing, colourful garden.
The lady of the house was still unsure of what she could really achieve in this calmer location. Based on her tastes, I aimed to deliver what she wanted, fully aware that Alcea (hollyhocks), were definitely ‘off the menu’. She sure fell in love with Astrantia though.

Client Testimonial
My wife is no longer with us to provide a testimonial, but I know that she sent a letter to Sarah which included the following words:
“As far as I am concerned, there is no better place for me than sitting in the conservatory looking out at the wonderful garden you and I created. I will carry the images forever.”
